EQUINE SPORTS MASSAGE WAS DEVELOPED BY JACK MEAGHER TO MEET THESE THREE IMPORTANT FACTORS FOR ANY ATHLETE, HORSE OR HUMAN.
1. TO BE AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE
2. TO BE AS SAGE AS POSSIBLE
3. TO LAST AS LONG AS POSSIBLE

For over 40 years Jack's study, work and interest was focused on the effects of strain and exertion on the musculoskeletal system.

Jack learned the greatest protection from muscle injuries is prevention. The majority of strain type injuries are preventable.

Jack Meagher was a sports masseur for Jack LeGoff and the United States Equestrian teams, and for NFL Athletes represented by Professional Sports Management. With a work week split between horses and humans, he tended many of the top horses in the world; Olympic athletes and European Royalty. He served the USET at the Montreal Olympics and at a number of world championships both here and abroad, including Deirde Pirie and the U.S. Driving Event Team at three world championships.

As a result of his work he was awarded the USET Certificate of Appreciation and an honorary membership in the American Massage Therapy Association.

The information available on this DVD, though technical in nature, will enable virtually any horse owner to prevent and relieve muscle problems of the past and present.

This DVD will be vest utilized as you would use your favorite horse veterinary book; to be watched several times and referred to when potential muscle problems arise in your horse. When used in conjunction with Jack's book: Beating Muscle Injuries For Horses, the points made will be further understood and enforced.

Jack's book Sportsmassage is required for a number of schools and for the New York licensing board. Jack conducted teaching seminars on this technique throughout the U.S. and Canada for both horses and humans.
