School a Horse Part 2 with Rudolf Zeilinger Basic Training in the First Year
|
Rudolf Zeilinger, long years’ pupil of Willi Schultheis, an instructor of Olympic and world championship horses, is known for his sensible and sensitive way of schooling dressage horses. Again and again, his horses are fascinating because of their easiness, relaxedness and their naturalness he knows to preserve. The aim of basic training of the young horse is to systematically school a newly broken horse in such a way as to create a sound foundation for later specialization. In the second part of this DVD series Zeilinger offers the spectator clear insight into the first year’s training of his dressage horses under the rider and also presents a very practical view of a horse's first experience in young riding horse competitions.
