Julie gets very technical in this video and addresses some advanced riding techniques. Her descriptions and demonstrations are clear and nicely follow the pattern of introduction - detailed description - summary. This is the type of instruction to which you will say, "Of course, this all make sense and looks/sounds so simple - I know this." BUT it takes so much time, practice, and instruction to actually DO these things correctly.
