Although I expected to see directions for the TTouches for the dressage horse, it was more of a documentary of Linda Tellington-Jones working on some upper level horses ridden by two of the most well-known people in the sport. Even though it was not what I'd anticipated, it was nice to see TTouch used, then critiqued, to prove that it does work to improve the performance of dressage horses. I have the ULTIMATE HORSE BEHAVIOR AND TRAINING BOOK--Jones's latest--so that I knew what she was doing on the DVD, and the DVD was a good companion for the book. Now I know how to use the techniques I read of in the book.
