This one makes you thing, not to mention tires you out if you try all the things she is showing! I did jot some notes down from the info and will give it a try on my horse when the weather improves. It sort of goes opposite of how I thought about pressure and where it is applied, but maybe that is where I am having problems getting a good half pass. Worth a try!

I loved this DVD it made you look at how you are positioned in a whole different way. Explains what you are doing wrong and shows how to correct yourself.

this was a very useful video. I found that some of the ways I was sitting on my horse was causing her to go out on the circle, vs staying bent evenly thruout the circle. Also Sylvia is quite articulate and clear about how the way we sit and use our legs really can mess up or make our horses go the way we want! Very good video for riders of all levels, but especially helpful for beginning and intermediate riders in dressage!

Good back to the basic fundamentals of balsnce and seat. A great refresher to clear up a lot of the chatter that may start to cloud your riding and basic understanding of "the seat"
