This is one of the best videos I've seen in relation to the riders seat.The overlay illustrated drawings were very helpful in actually seeing the relationship of the human body to the horse in conjunction with its movement. The examples were good & the explanations simple . I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in bettering their seat.
