This DVD really helped me out as I'm working with a new horse and training her for competition in Training and First Lvl next year! Isabell really stressed keeping the horse round and coming through from his hind quarters, and if low and deep is the way to get the horse round and supple, "low and deep" is the way to go, BUT for training purposes only! Very good instruction for riders of all levels.
