Super DVD to start your new training with.

Hi, this is very, very basic and I am afraid I did not get too much out of it. I thought the riders were not very "correct" and it was hard to tell if and when the narrator was refering to something the rider was doing. I will get the volume 2 and hope it is a bit further along.
