How does the queue work?

Your rental queue is a list of films that you've told us you'd like to rent from BarnSweetBarnDVDs.

When you add a disc to your queue, it always goes at the bottom of the list.

You can change the order of preference you'd like to rent them in and remove discs if you've changed your mind.

Please be aware that while we will always endeavour to get you your top choices first, you may receive discs lower in your queue first.

If you feel that you are consistently receiving discs that are lower than the top 10 in your queue, please contact Customer Service.
