James’ unique program Tai Chi for Equestrians gives riders specific hands-on tools to improve their riding. James shows riders how to focus on and connect their physical and mental energies with their intent to reach their riding goals. Beginning to world class riders from all disciplines are incorporating James’ techniques into their practice.

In this DVD you will learn seven warm-up postures and a short Tai Chi form.

    James has been a student of the martial arts for over 25 years focusing on the internal arts – Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Laing Gong. James combines the mechanics of how the human and equine bodies were designed to move with the biomechanics of martial arts. James conducts clinics and teaches group and private lessons internationally.
